  13. just got home from holiday and flicking around nticed the post, went to turkey and saw 2 mk1 granadas 1 a nomal 4 door the other a 2 door (not a coupe like the template mitch made), hundreds of mk4/5 cortina's and several 2 door mk3 also a mk2 escort used as a taxi. have got to say old fords are probably some of the best fords. sorry to post after a while but just had to let it ot of my system no-one in my house seems to be bothered
  14. hate to be a pain to you lot but are any of these template up for downloads yet or are they all in the trial mode so far. great job guys, all the work that everyone puts in to make templates and tracks is greatly appricicated
  15. for me mildenhall is one of the best tracks a few advantages being i only live 5 mins from the place and the amount of meeting they hold (and can see weather it worth going to a meting by the cars going up there from the work window) and i mean sitting on the grass banks n summer watching cars go full bore into each other with a nice cold drink in your hand what more do you want?
  16. have been thinking about this for a little while as i only live about 5 mins form the place me self, but does anyone have any idea why mildenhall and rdc seem to be doing so well over the last few years. i mean look at the pre 70 that was a few days ago it was probably the best classic car meeting have been to and the bba supreme with people/ teams like stinkbridge, bubbs (andy beaven), the mob comng all the way from scotland just to race for one night and why? (not that im complaining i think its brilliant) but when you look at tracks like arena averaging between 30-50 cars for a domestic meeting and the see mildo averain 90+ cars. just wondered if any drivers or fans could shed any light on this or if anyone else had noticed
  17. sorry to keep going on bout the old ford thing but you missed a one or two out, the lotus cortina has to be in there and also any variant of the mk1 granada/consul other than a hearse are just pure quality, and the sierra cosworth/xr4i . and for the more modern stuff you have got the focus st170 which dont half shift and on the van front agree with the mk1 tranny but does anyone remeber the special edition one of a kind rally version of the mk4 transit they did has got to be something special. and may as well add me desk top after getting al that from my system, one of the biggest hits midenhall has seen and one of the best meeting have been too up there, when stinkbridge turned up for the bba supreme
  18. i had pretty much the same problem, was going to attempt my first "real life" racing skin of 455 rick finney from mildenhalls bba supreme but couldnt get the pink in the right shade. all sorted now though gave up with it!
