As im on vista I thought that it had to be run as administrater as i have been told that it does but then i tried running it normally and it worked

When i load rF up, i get the screen which says that both the hot rods and briscas can be loaded, but then it does not let give me a choice of cars so i cannot race... Any help muchly appricated. Cheers, Spud
