And those that DO have a job sometimes spend a few quid on 'blinging' up a crappy old hatchback like a Nova, Corsa or similar. In my opinion they look crap!

I remember at a Hednesford domestic, there was a recovery wagon (e.g. tilt and slide) with the towing prong things on the back, like the tranny in the picture. One car was safely on the beavertail bit and the other was being towed with its back wheels along the floor. Not sure if it was legal and he probably only lived a few mins down the road.

The only thing they are good for is giving the spectators something unusul to watch, and if you race an unusual car often enough you will get some fans like the driver that sticks in my mind is the 145 Bong Gang guy.
