Have you updated Messenger before you were unable to connect? What version are you using Norton & Messenger? Has you done a live update to Norton? What version of Messenger are you using as I have heard there was a dodgy version floating about. Has you tried uninstalling messenger & reinstalling it

You need to catch someone on MSN and ask them to send you the ui.res, it's too big to post it on here. Once someone has sent you it, pop it in your ukdirt banger folder.
