Why am I starting as 7th in the consolation semi final while I'm higher ranked in the points?
That list isn't how you're starting. It's who qualifies first. As above it states will start closed grades + points order

So After 9 WQR and 2 action packed Semi Finals we Finally have our 2019 World Final Grid, join us as we introduce the drivers.
The Semi Finals where hosted at Skegness where Jake#691 and Barker#455 both coming out victorius.
In addtion to this Jake also took the meeting Final with a last bend hit to secure the Pole postion and the inside line for Semi Final 2.
Semi 1: 455, 229, 338, 238, 777, 482, 236, 468, 39, 981Semi 2: 691, 147, 211, 910, 143, 145, 6, 234, 924, 674

ROW 1
Jakeeey #691 & Barker #455Pole postion this year goes to someone who has never had luck in F2 World Finals, but the 2019 Season has been one to remember for Jake, taking the Irish, English, World Cup and F2 Challenge. Jake certainly has the pace to win, but will he have the luck this year. On the outside of Row 1 is a veteran of Online Racing, Barker has been in more World Finals then most on the grid but usually doesn't have the luck in big races. Barker started dead last in his semi final and came through to win, will he be able to win from Row 1? I wouldn't count him out.
ROW 2MarkFoster #147 & Tsjalle #229
Mark has had a consistent year, picking up a few heat wins and a final win on his way to the World Final Grid. Mark is one of our Irish contenders who certainly has the pace to challenge with the best but is usally the nearly man, will this change in 2019? Row 2 outside see's our first Dutch and Real life racer Tsjalle. Fresh from a good run of form in F2s he is certainly one to watch. His been in this postion before but wasn't able to take the coverted Gold Roof. Will 2019 be Tsjalles Year?
ROW 3Emiel #211 & Evnos #338
Our second Dutch Driver on the Grid certainly knows how to use his bumper. Emiel hasn't been on form recently in F2's but his luck has started to turn at the right time of the season. With his pace and aggresion I'm sure we'll see a big hit from him in Turn 1. Seeing out Row 3 is Evnos. Evnos only came back a few weeks ago and to make third row I'm sure he'll be over the moon! Evnos is always someone who has been just on the fringe of taking a major but has never had the luck. Will 2019 be his year?
ROW 4Niall McFerran #910 & Kanye #238
2019 British Champion takes up inside Row 4. Niall is always one of the quickest in F2's but hasn't always had the luck, either getting caught up in pile ups or others fueds. I'm sure Niall will be giving it his all at Buxton and will certainly be in contention on the Final few laps. Kane is another driver who has been around a while and has certainly built a repuation for himself of being one of the fastest. Kane has never had glory in a F2 World Final but has held other minor titles. Kane has struggled a bit this year, but he'll certainly be using his bumper to get him to the front.
ROW 5Cameron #143 & HGR #777
A newcomer to UK Dirt this year is Cameron but already finding his feet in all formulas. Cameron cemented himself a very nice 5th place finish in the Semi Final at Skegness and was certainly on pace with the rest of the star grade drivers. Could he be a dark horse? HGR, a driver who has been around for sometime now, not always had the best of luck in Championship Races but has always been up there when it matters. Will HGR be able to go one step further this year and take the chequred flag?
ROW 6
Skint #145 & Ginger #482
Skint has had a tough season this year, starting off as white he instantly went to Superstar at the first grading period due to his sucessful month. Recently struggled a bit but certainly found his form in the Semi Final as he came home 6th. Skint could create a upset if he is on it. Unfortunately Ginger won't be able to place on the grid this year due to picking up a Ban after Coventry. This opens up a place for a reserve on the grid.
ROW 7
Thoyes #6 & DanSkin #236
The first yellow top to enter the WF grid is THoyes. THoyes is a driver who isn't scared to use the bumper and will always use it on the higher grade drivers without doubt. THoyes will be happy to just have qualified for the World Final, but will now have his eyes set on a Top 3 finish using his bumper. Row 7 outside see's our defending 6 time F2 World Champion! DanSkin certainly needs no introduction, Dan will be hunting for his 7th UK Dirt F2 World Title. The Semi Final didn't go to plan for DanSkin which leaves him a bit of work to do, but you can't count him out.
ROW 8
JackAylward #234 & Bradderz #468
Jack will be happy to make the grid in his first year of UK Dirt. Jack has had some consistent finishes this season picking up points as he still learns the cars. Jack is another one who likes to use the bumper and will certainly do so to get near the front of the World Final. Row 8 outside unfortunately will be another gap after Bradderz picked up a Ban after the European Championship at NIR.
ROW 9
Tosh #924 & Leek #39
Tosh hasn't had a season to remember in 2019. He seems to always be on the edge of sucess until something goes wrong. In the Semi Final he was taken out very early on and had to fight back to take home 9th postion. Tosh will be happy to sit back and let the action unfold infront of him before he makes a push for a top 3. On the outside of Row 9 is the very experienced driver Leek. Leek has been around for many years now and has worn the gold roof in Saloons before but with Leek only running a part time season in F2s I'm sure he'll be happy with any postion he can get.
ROW 10
Gordon #674 & MartinB #981
Bringing up the rear of the field is another new comer to UK Dirt. Gordon has performed well in his rookie season, picking up a handful of race wins. Gordon will be hoping he can work his way into a Top 10 finish in his first year of UK Dirt. The very last place on the grid goes to our current National Points leader, Martin. A very unexpected grid postion for Martin who started Pole of Semi Final 1. Unfortunately he got turned around quite early on and had to battle his way back to just gain a spot on the back of the grid. Martin will defintely be trying to get to the front early on.
Consolation Semi Final:
First priority, non qualifiers from Semi Finals (will start closed grades + points order) group: 299, 671, 575, 131, 784, 589, 114, 622, 821, 780, 100
Second priority group, did not start a Semi Final (will start at back in qualifying points order): 889, 911, 188, 10, 271, 479, 48, 200, 124, 99, 15, 504, 23, 621, 366, 154, 221, 41, 167, 79, 523 -

New logitech stuff is pants, that's coming from someone who used one for 2 months! If you want a wheel that's decent then you need to look towards a Thurstmaster. The TMX is a good basic option or the T300RS.
