ive done a render bt th floor is black how do i make th reflective floor white??

I have rendered a car and managed to put a reflection on it but when i do a truck n trailer and i select the floor and press "M" it says "this class does not have implementation supplied by any of the currently loaded DLL'S. :S Any ideas? cheers

I had uk dirt bangers on my other computer but got a new one so had to dwnload it again but when i try to get onto car manager it comes up with an error message sayin ""COMPONENT MSINET.OCX OR ONE OF ITS DEPENDENCIES NOT CORRECTLY REGISTERED: A FILE MISSING OR INVALID"" how do i solve thiis? i have uninstalled it nd installed it again but doesnt seem to work still cheers

you havent said which version but if you go start>all programs>autodesk>3d max there should be a 'change graphics mode' option. select that and let it launch, try selecting OpenGL if it's set to direct3d, i've always used openGL in version 3 and version 8 hope it works, let us know please ok cheers mate. i had a virus so ill need to go install it again ermm do u need the car ds files to render tht certain car? will let u know if it works

when i open 3dsmax it says failed to initialize direct 3d please restart using the -h option??? ny1 help
