  1. Hi Mr Race Manager Sir...can you please change my booking to a provisional as my arrangements over the next few days are very much weather permitting...if I can race, I will post on this thread tomorrow so you know to include me in the MI. Sorry for any inconvenience, maybe cya'll tomorrow.
  2. Registering as 31P Andy McCabe is possible please.
  3. Hi Spike, Any chance of a sooper late booking??? Just away to install the mod now and give it a systems check...put me down for NZ31 please if poss!
  4. Thanks for uploading the replay Mike and for amending the results - let's see what bumperwork Brum brings...is there a snow option in the weather settings???
  5. P.S. Does anyone have the replay to Heat 2 that they could upload or forward to me as it seems to have disappeared from my replay fridge???
  6. Skeet291 aka Skeet #31...mellow yellow.
  7. Thanks for the meeting Mike...glad I'm no the only one who doesn't understand the server! Need to be a whinging noobie tho and ask you to double check the results as I appear to have confused you by signing in as Skeet291 so think the car in 10th place in Heat 1 is actually me, and also that spin I had on that epic last lap in Heat 2 seems to have confused the server as it made me do an extra lap before I got the chequer??? Is there a section on the website to call for the video ref lol?!?! I rather enjoyed the return to online action tho...had some great racing pre-meeting when the track was busy and didn't know what to expect in the meeting itself. Heat 2 was an absolute epic and was a very exciting yet clean finish, brilliant stuff...as for the Final, well I reckon there should've been at least one yellow flag for the pile-ups, Steve Abott must have had a night off lol. The tyre wear factor was very noticeable (especially after a spin) but not in a bad sense...you can certainly tell a difference when you've been doing a few laps offline in normal wear conditions and then try and turn the same lap times at 2x...no complaints as far as I'm concerned although I'd be interested to hear the views from the league "veterans". However, I was hugely impressed with the game itself when watching Heat 3 as a spectator...all credit to the developers of rFactor and the Stock Car mods, sensational work by you all. Great stuff lads (afters with Mart435 and Pedro was fantastic, civilised racing lol) - more of the same next week...remember it'll be Christmas Eve, Santa will be watching!!!
  8. Skeet #291 - I'll line up wherever you tell me to!
  9. Can I register to use Dan Squire #291 for both surfaces please? Muchos Gracias.
  10. Evening folks, With all my virus and server problems now solved, I'm pleased to say a further connection test went well tonight...so would like to (finally) invite you all for a spot of NZ Heat (team racing of course) after tomorrow evening's F1 meeting, unless there is another preference? Saloons or NZ Heat get my vote anyway, just let me know!
  11. Hi folks, Problem solved chaps - had a scoot through the Hijackthis forums to see if anyone else had been having similar problems and managed to find another free online scan which did the trick big time. I'm ashamed to admit it but it found over 15,000 infected files which once deleted, freed up over 2GB of hard-drive space Needless to say, I am well and truly relieved to have got rid of the files, new virus software will defo be on the Christmas list. Another bonus of the Hijackthis software was that it helped me finally track down a registry entry which always gave error messages when my computer started up - bonus! Many thanks gentlemen, I can highly recommend Panda Activescan and Hijackthis
  12. Hi folks, Am at the end of my tether again - over the past few months I've been battling a virus on my hard drive that disguises itself as a batch of 261 executable files that implant themselves in around 16 different folders. My anti-virus software does not recognise the virus, but the Trend Micro scan from their website has diagnosed the problem as a trojan (the Sophos evaluation pack I was sent does not work on my computer for some reason). I have left the Trend Micro software to delete these rogue files, with myself doing a manual delete of any files it is unable to shift. I've had a detailed look through my task list programs whilst this is in progress to see if I can spot an illegal immigrant working it's spell by recreating these files, but all of the executables appear to be in order and have legitimate paperwork as per a task list program website. Once all of these 3000+ files have been deleted, they continue to re-appear when the computer is restarted - they do no directly affect any of my programs, but continue to make life difficult by claiming a substanial amount of hard-drive space which slows down my computer. Is there anyone out there who can cast a magic spell to rid my of these files, before I send this computer for some swimming lessons in a vat of sheep dip??? Any help would be greatly appreciated - having only been online for just over a month, I'm a bit miffed as to how this virus appeared
  13. Hi lads, Rough schedule for this week is listed below - I'll do my best to get all the doo-dahs downloaded unless folks might prefer using the proper versions with the real life skins??? I'm not fussed otherwise, got enough rubbish on this hard-drive I'm sure it won't mind a few meg more Monday - F1 (UK-Dirt or BriSCA Heat, your choice) as many as possible please, want to see how thick my server is  Start off with a few rods, then get into the real team racing stuff Tuesday - UK-Dirt Hot Rods or mebbes a bit of Bangering Wednesday - Saloons (Again you decided, real life or UK-Dirt) REAL Auld Enemies stuff Thursday - Bangers, F1's or NZ Heat depending on demand, again team racing the element, perhaps a few "Jokers" races thrown in for free Make sure you've got a few of the non real life tracks downloaded as well, last time I did this sort of stuff they seemed quite popular   See ya'll tomorrow night from around half 10!
  14. Yo dudes, I'll hopefully be firing up a practice server later on this evening to give my connection capabilities a test, otherwise I'll set it up around 10:30ish. Since it's pay-to-race single seaters on a Sunday evening, I'll more than likely use SSC or Bangers depending on demand - just let me know
  15. Speak to Wrighty, as he said at the weekend that he'd organise a whip round for my Jolt fee  Anyway, at the moment you lads ain't the type of "Jack 'n' Danny's" I'd rather spend my evenings playing with   I had you listed under the inbred section Andy...  ÂÂ
  16. Good Evenin' folks, Been a long time dudes, unless you were in the BriSCA Legends "afters" server last Friday coff coff. Since the gods have changed the Jolt password (partypoopers...) I'd like to place a restricted open invitation to online racers who fancy a few sessions of Outlaw UKOne Heat next week to celebrate my last week of freedom before the missus moves in and also just for old times sake since my invitee said that things needed lightening up I'll whack up my server fairly late for a few nights next week (around 11ish) so feel free to pop along for some all too rare good natured foul mouthed banter and Skeet bashing. Obviously since I'm now a superstar Saloon racer I'll utilise the SSC mod and evenings permitting, would like to have a thrash in the Rods, Bangers (if they are still two diff mods) along with the F1's. Unfortunately I do have to lay down a handful of basic rules, purely the sake of my own reputation...but if any of you have any suggestions or ideas, gizza post here and I'll see that you're posted next week Outlaw UKOne Heat ============= No Pixies No Inbreds No Carrot Crunchers No Cartmels Cross dressing optional Sense of humour manditory Incontinence knickers advised Any moans must be confined to the bedroom Cheers, Scott J Keith (I used to be a double world champion you know...)
  17. I'm on that very same Tiscali package Prydie and can have no complaints so far, compared to the likes of BT and Wanadoo the speed and price can't be beaten
