I think we raced together in bangers over the last 3,5 years , and I loved every minute of it, especially when you were angry at me and paid me back , when you were rodding and I (tried to) wreck you... From my point of vieuw if was all meant friendly , hope you feel the same , lol (not sure though ) Us being almost the same age , I must say I'm a bit jalouse at you , you dare to make such a big decision and leave your home country to make a new start, I wished I had the guts ... Why not give him 1 chance ? I know he is a pain in the *** I know he got a lot offences so far , but so far nobody said he will get a a ban when he continues like this ...?, Like in most games and sports there is first a warning and when you dont listen to the warning you can get a ban..... That this is a forum just for Ukdirt members is not 100 % true , for example Banger World Series uses this forum too and a lot of them arent UKdirt members.... Plus its a good opportunity for non-members to take a look around before they decide to become members or not.... Just my opinion.. You dont need to listen to it though .... Frank

Can anyone of you specialists help please? My laptop is playing silly When I start a race in banger heat , the first 3-4 round run "smooth", but then it starts doing silly and the game looks more like looking at pictures as watching a video (does this make sence?) can anyone of you tell, what mite be the problem? I tried everything , from making space on the C-disc, to running ad-aware , from defragmantation to deleting other games from the computer, but nothing helped Help needed, Frank

nice pic, any more and any of the car afterwards I'm working through my old picturebook and try to find the wreck of the granada, but cant find it yet The picture i put on here was not made by me , but I bought it from photographer Twan van Est , in those days there werent many bangerracing related websites yet, so its hard to find good pictures of that meeting on the web....but I can tell you there wasn't much space left for the driver.....

scanned some older pictures, found this one of Nutty Nige hit on "Blindman" one of the members of team Blueforces at old Warneton, must have been round 1999 or 2000 for the European championship. Huge hit , flat out full length of the straight on the stranded Dutchman, folded the granada of Blindman big time but both men stepped out unhurt

Cant recall that m8 to be honoust. it was very rotten (like most mercs from that age) I was on the homestraight at the moment the impact happened, usually you hear a sound of crushing metal but now it sounded like a hammer knocking on wood...... If you look right to the video you see that the right front wheel wasnt able to steer (it was welded or summit like that after it was broken in previous heat.... so the driver wasnt able to make the turn to the left properly to avoid a collision with the concrete.... About the broken leg(s) : I heard the driver has told he put the gasspedal to the floor untill he contacted the concrete , if he had pulled his feet from the pedal just before the impact probably it would have been different..... Bangers at warneton are gr8 to watch , but dangerous for drivers IMO
