This thursday sees us racing at coventry raceway and sees us racing the 6th world championship qualifying round to race for them all important world qualifying points that will decide the semi final grids later this year. Please remember this thursday will see us racing in the dark and under flood lights so check your pc can handle the night racing. Anyway on to last week and we were racing at Ipswich raceway. The heat wins went to JK H16, Murf 561, GIS (Going in style)H399. The consolation was won by Dave 488 with Marten H291 taking 2nd Jarry 164 taking 3rd Janharm H107 taking 4th Walker 363 taking 5th Spike 221 taking 6th Mav 525 taking 7th and Lew 495 taking the final A final qualifying to make it into the final. The final was up next and this was won by Leek 39 after a brilliant drive Janharm H107 took 2nd GIS H399 took 3rd with Lee 531 finishing in 4th Harment H262 finishing in 5th with Johno 3 finishing in 6th Tosh 8 finishing 7th TomD 112 finishing in 8th and Skeet 31 finished in 9th and Mike 315 finished in 10th place to round off the top 10. The GN's were up next and these were won by Harmen H262 and Corny 391 to round off a excellent night for the low graders. This weeks sees us racing two tracks this week the first one being belle vue on Wednesday starting at 7.45 then we travel Ipswich on Thursday for the 5th world qualifying round. Heat wins went to Harmen H262, Grasser 233, Lee 531 and Fast track 527. The consolation was up next and this was won by TomD 112 with Murf 561, Hooty 256, MoR 137 Leek 39, Woody 390, Dode 151, Munis NZ17 rounding off the top 8 to go through to the final. The final was up next and this was won by Fast track 527 to make it 2 out of 3 final wins and he continues his brilliant start to the season that is bound to see him move up the grades. Grasser 233 took 2nd with lee 531 taking 3rd Harmen H262 taking 4th Corny 391 taking 5th LeeK 39 in 6th Aub 188 in 7th TomD 112 in 8th Mike 315 in 9th and Dazza 1 taking 10th to round out the top 10. The heat winners were Murf 561 Hooty 256 LeeK 39 Fast Track 527 Going in style H399 then we moved on to the consolations which were taking by Corny#391 and Leech#126. We then moved on to the A-final which was taking by Lee#531 and the B-final was won by Danskin#236 with Munis NZ17 coming home in 2nd and Madcowie 323 coming home in 3rd while while Walker 363 Big Al 515 and BFD 351 battled it out for 4th until the last lap. Walker 363 took 4th with Big Al 515 taking 5th and BFD 351 coming home in 6th with spike 221 coming home in 7th Dode 151 in 8th Pusher 4 in 9th Dave 488 in 10th with Ianstep 516 and SpikeJNR 172 taking the final spots. We moved on to the Grand nationals and these were won by Corny 391 and Going in style H399.
