Hello everyone, Its hard to find a nice picture of a flag on the internet, so i decided to make my own! I created them all from scratch, and want to share them with everyone Heres an example..... To make a decal sheet one of the best ways is to have all the decals visible on the sheet, all on their own individual clearly labelled layer, so its easy for the user to identify and then highlight, copy and paste it on to a template. I’m not sure of the tools used in Paintshop Pro, but if your cutting out a decal from a photo i'd imagine a combination of cutting and using the "magic wand" or ideally create the decals from scratch, then the outline would be perfect.

Hi all, In its 102nd year, there will be hundreds of cars and motorbikes in all different categories, including very very rare old classics, including a 12 liter 1930's Le Mon Bently, quite a sight and thunderous sound seeing it light up the quarter mile, and give some cars 70 years younger a run for their money. You can go up and walk all around the cars and chat to their friendly enthusiasts owners. Some very fast Escorts down there, including a mk1 that was faster than a Ferrari and caused quite a cheer, aswell as some super mad people on some super fast drag bikes that you have to cringe when you see them at 18,000 revs on the start line waiting to drop the clutch to blast of down the a quarter mile of the famous Madeira Drive. Even if it was released there probably wouldn't be many raced online, although i haven’t done many tnb meetings i have done a few, and i can't remember anyone using a mk1 limo, so if the limo coupe was released after a few weeks people probably wouldn’t use it either, but would make a welcomed change if someone did. I know its the "creators" choice and everything, but it is kinda pointless spending hours and hours making a car only to race for one meeting? faire enough if he wants to race it himself for a while, but then release the template later. Maybe the car isn't high enough quality or isn't totally finished enough yet to be released?

About the noise restrictions, recently at Spedeworth's Arlington stadium they had to finish by 10:30 pm due to noise restrictions, i think this is total crap, there arn't many people living near by as its in the country side, the stadium has been there since the 60's, so the people living near by are either 1. Stupid for moving into the areas without doing some local research and finding out about the track or 2. Lived along side the track for over 40 years and so why start complaining now? Its only noise for god sake, everyone has noise problems, for me during the Summer i hear Seaguls shouting their heads off outside on the roofs at 4am and 11 pm! As much as i want to shoot them i can't, so i just put up with it. And Seaguls are no good to anyone, but people can get real pleasure and enjoyment out of racing. So its not that bad to live near the stadium.
