did the computer come with windows xp/vista/win7 disk?. if it didn't you wont need anything as it will have a restore partition.

keep pressing f11 or ctrl + f11 when you turn comp on, it should boot up an image restore utililty.

wich will wipe the crap and reset to how you received from pc world.

unless youve formated previously.

the gigabyte tool will save them to hard disk just have to check c or programes

alternative

get uniblue driver scanner or driver magician, both these will let you back up system drivers

usually pc world type crap (oem) come with backup partition so you can reset back to factory defaults
