The London Allstar Posted June 19, 2006 Report Posted June 19, 2006 Are all these skins going to be put into one big skinpack? When i downloaded the ssc mod i had 3 cars n got very bored rather quickly cheers lads
Kev152 Posted June 19, 2006 Report Posted June 19, 2006 (edited) I'd be willing to help out with the creating of a new ssc heat mod. I'm not very good at designs..sparky...wrighty...lol, if you's wanna do the screens, I'll put them together and make the mod/icons/shortcuts etc.. Can also host the files too Can take care of compiling skin packs etc too..If its ok with you guys, people can send me skins, and I'll 'hold them' for now and post an update in other thread etc. Kev Edited June 19, 2006 by Kev152

mcrew Posted June 26, 2006 Report Posted June 26, 2006 (edited) Whats with this latest trend for SSC drivers to race using those old style open faced 'pi#s pot' crash helmets? Edited June 26, 2006 by mcrew
Rikard Posted June 26, 2006 Report Posted June 26, 2006 (edited) i agree, if your racing and a stone or shard of metal flys up and hits you on the nose or tooth i imign it could be very nasty, i'd rather have a full face helmet with the visor down........and a stab proof vest lol Edited June 26, 2006 by Rikard
erik Posted June 26, 2006 Report Posted June 26, 2006 (edited) i agree, if your racing and a stone or shard of metal flys up and hits you on the nose or tooth i imign it could be very nasty, i'd rather have a full face helmet with the visor down........and a stab proof vest lol Assuming they aren't wearing goggles, if the scenario you described took place, they could easily loose an eye. And that would prevent them from ever racing again. How very wise. Edited June 26, 2006 by erik
splinter Posted June 26, 2006 Report Posted June 26, 2006 Well that's what they do, and that what they wanna do. They are preferred as they can see better, and they're good for breathing/cooling in the summer. If the orc or ssca were concerned, they're the ones that need to put in the safety rule changes for 2007
Splodge Posted June 27, 2006 Report Posted June 27, 2006 I having a slight problem, trying to find any saloon stock car that resembles a sierra more than roof panal and a few pillars
splinter Posted June 27, 2006 Report Posted June 27, 2006 I having a slight problem, trying to find any saloon stock car that resembles a sierra more than roof panal and a few pillars What?! You didn't realise Ford made the Sierra in so many different shapes?!
Guest GSR80 Posted June 27, 2006 Report Posted June 27, 2006 Whats with this latest trend for SSC drivers to race using those old style open faced 'pi#s pot' crash helmets? its so the blood and teeth can be spat out and you carry on racing without making a mess in your helmet.
mcrew Posted June 28, 2006 Report Posted June 28, 2006 What?! You didn't realise Ford made the Sierra in so many different shapes?! If there had been a sierra, with a farmgate style bumper on the front, in the showroom when my old man was buying his jellymould years ago, I wouldve pestered him to get one!
