Go to Start, then Control Panel, then Regional and Language Options, then click Languages tab, then Details, then Advanced tab, then put a check next to “Turn off advanced text service” then hit Apply. I had a ping as low as 32 and highest was 58. Constant download speed with no disco issues and an upload that stayed at 383 all night. Any info at all that anyone can give me would be great.
