You need a ui.res in your run folder from another mod to get the rods installer to run.... any ui.res will do but if you've used NHessentials to install heat you may have the problem with no included UI, depending on where you got Essentials from. To fix, get a ui.res from any mod folder (note, this is the actual res file, not a folder called ui that u find in mod folders, they're not the same thing,the UI.res files are often from 10 to 30mb in size), copy it, paste it into your 'run' folder, delete the ukdirtrods folder and reinstall the ukdirt rods, mod files and updates first, then skinpacks last.
