Wd Drumbstick mr consistant :appl:

Wd Dub on final win.

Thanks admin for running a great series and long may it continue. :appl:

On a personal note a good night for me finishing in the points in every race topped off by a heat win.

Some good clean racing tonight and the GN was manic.

Looking forward to the thunder series and I hope this mod gets enough interest to run a full season next year.

I'd like to wish you all a very merry christmas and a happy new year.

See you soon :5:

Congrats Drumb on the points win and to dub for the final win and unlucky hutch, but grats on the kid man  .

Personaly i had a nightmare in my heats not making the points until my 3rd heat in which i managed to scrape 9th place , unfortunatly it was not enough for the final which was a shame it being the last ,

but i changed a few settings for the GN and supreme and did much better , making 5th place in both the GN and Supreme.

It's been very enjoyable series and i can't wait to try the full mod , thanks to all that have raced and run the meetings and last but not least , thanks to UKSOM for making this great mod and all the guys that have made some tracks for us to enjoy.

Hope to see you all next year.

Congratulations Drumbstick, very well deserved :appl: unlucky Hutch, it was very close all series

Not the best night for me points wise, only getting a 1st & 9th, but kepy getting cuaght up in others wrecks plus I spun myself on a few occasions, especially in the final, trying to hard, too much boot I think was the cause.

Having said that I thoroughly enjoyed it, and the GN was amazingly hectic with the most cars ever in a race I think in the series which is a great way to end in my opinion and I was quite proud to have even finished it to be honest, even if it was in 19th

Thanks to admin for running the series and UKSOM for the mod, it is truly awesome, looking forward to the Thunder series and the 2008 season even more so. :scared15:

Cheers

TGG,

I have just been redownloading the vids in hi-res again after formatting my drive, as I wanted to put them on a DVD, but the link to Round 5 (Belle Vue) is broken, can you fix it please?

Thanks for hosting the videos it is much appreciated

An excellent meeting, I really enjoyed it. The good rthing with rFactor is even if you are off the pace and getting out of the way, it still feels realistic and exciting. The sound has a lot to do with that, awesome.

I managed to avoid finishing last in any race which was my first target.

As previously, the 20+ car GN was a bridge too far. The pile ups start happening and it's all a bit of a mess. I think i would prefer a couple of 12/13 car GNs, certainly while people are still learning the mod. Having said that, the all-in did seem popular with quite a few so fair do's.

Thanks for running the series and creating the mod, great effort lads. Sunday Night Thunder should be great. :appl:

Personally I absolutely loved the 26 car GN, I thought it was fantastic that its possible to have that many cars without warp, sure there was some carnage, but it is stock car racing and people are still learning the ropes, so maybe it will work out better in the future or at bigger tracks, but I would love to do it again.

Thr night race was great, added something more to the occasion and my computer only dropped 3 fps to 29 which seemed just about managable, I would like to see more of these in future I think, perhaps after the heats the day could progress to night, not forgetting the possibilty of wet tracks, which would certainly add another level of unpredictability to the racing, but maybe we'll save that for a while lol.

Have to say I'm totally addicted with this now, and to be honest heat doesn't feel the same to me anymore, so I can't wait to get back behind the wheel again
