its about the same spec as mine m8, bu would benefit from more ram initially and maybe a better graphics card.....i'm torn whether to replace the motherboard for a better cpu or not so i'm going cheap with ram and graphics (hopefully yours is a PCI-E board and those are onboard graphics spec you list) then doing the cpu last.

 

should be ok m8 not the best but i've seen rf run quite capably on less.

Mine used to be exactly the same as that and it ran ok. As Wrighty says though, a boost of ram and a better graphics card will make it look better than heat if your bothered about the way it looks.

pentium 4 seems a bit dated... good overclockers..

definately more ram, better hard drive, dont go agp graphics as thats dying in this day and age. that means new motherboard maybe?

in all honesty your best off by buying all the parts customly from a site like microdirect. www.microdirect.com and getting them to build it etc and send it to you like i did myself
