Evening guys,

Thanks very much to everyone that raced tonight, and Kev for stewarding the meeting.

A big well done to Jarry for taking tonights final, and joint top scoring with Matthew. In doing so, Jarry gets promoted to yellow under the above 30 points rule, so a big well done to him.

Still way off the pace here, I needed to practice more in the weeek I'm afraid, but I enjoyed the Final & GN after two poor heats, at least I got going a bit more in the last two races.

Thanks for running it. :appl:

First time on a wheel, and it did make a difference. Lap times were marginally faster with a wheel but the biggest advantage is the consistancy a wheel gives.

I enjoyed the meeting after a dismal heat meeting, and in my first heat was very unfortunate to catch a recovering LeeK with 3 or 4 laps to go when sat in 6th place - ended up 11th and reversing over the line to finish!!!

Second heat, yellows off to a flyer and quickly slipped down the order, but held it together to finish only 1 lap down.

Final and GN were hectic as usual but found myself being able to compete better and trying to keep my places rather than moving over, but allowing lapping drivers room. It made a difference and points were scored in the GN so definately made a Semi Grid!!!!

Having watched the replays, I feel that I am getting there bit by bit and now look forward to Skegness next week :)

ps Well Done Big Al in praccy - that was some hits that you gave :5::thumbup:
