Lap times were marginally faster with a wheel but the biggest advantage is the consistancy a wheel gives. I enjoyed the meeting after a dismal heat meeting, and in my first heat was very unfortunate to catch a recovering LeeK with 3 or 4 laps to go when sat in 6th place - ended up 11th and reversing over the line to finish!!! Second heat, yellows off to a flyer and quickly slipped down the order, but held it together to finish only 1 lap down. Final and GN were hectic as usual but found myself being able to compete better and trying to keep my places rather than moving over, but allowing lapping drivers room. It made a difference and points were scored in the GN so definately made a Semi Grid!!!!
