walker Posted July 13, 2008 Author Report Share Posted July 13, 2008 Hi I have tried other mods and they work fine same with F1 mod,it loads up fine just with the errors in the pics I posted,it loads up to the bit where you can drive onto the track fine but doesnt show the whole car if you know what am talking about. Grasser233 Posted July 13, 2008 Report Share Posted July 13, 2008 (edited) You cant install any mod onto the trial version, only the full version lets you do that. Using the trial first is a good idea though, if your PC runs that and all the cars and tracks you get with that fine, then the mod will also work. wrighty496 Posted July 14, 2008 Report Share Posted July 14, 2008 yeah mate I have it now i'd suggest u delete the mod files (anything with F1stockcars in the name within the rfactor main folder) and play the game briefly using the default cars and tracks to make sure everything is working, then install V1.0 for the F1s and one track to check they're working, then add v1.1 for the f1s and the other tracks that are available once you're happy that the basic files are ok. Also, make sure you're using version 1.255 of the rfactor game, and i'd recommend you use the full installer. Remember, now you have your activation code for the game (the code you received after buying) you can uninstall rfactor completely and re-install and then activate with your code. walker Posted July 21, 2008 Author Report Share Posted July 21, 2008 (edited) Rfactor all running fine now with new graphics card Just had a try to see if I can connect to uk dirt server for rfactor F1s and got this message come up,anything to do with my connection or just simply server has wrong track ? DanSkin Posted July 21, 2008 Report Share Posted July 21, 2008 (edited) I'm not sure Walker. The server just shows you going in and out normally. One thing I would say is that the server was set to Ipswich when you were in, not Belle Vue as your screenshot seems to show (maybe you need to check you have an up to date version of Ipswich installed as I see it mentions the rfm there?)... I've changed it back to Hednesford anyway now for Thursday so migh be worth trying to hop in again and see if it still does it.
