bangers screen when racing zoomed in

I am currently having prombles with my banger heat game.

 

It apears that the whole screen has zoomed in. This is only when i'm racing. I am just posting on here to see if i have pressed anything and how i get it back to normal. I have re-installed the whole game and the problem has still occured. the attached picture is of the screen.

Maybe u have set the screen resolution in graphics options at the lowest try increasing it to 800x600 or higher
