I must say sorry to BullyJnr in the final as I went up his inside there must of been some dodgy contact as he ended up in the posts sorry bud wasn't intentional and another sorry to smithy 374 in the gn again I went up his inside not sure if I just didn't leave enough space or if it was dodgy contact but sorry again wasn't meant. Dbecks Posted June 10, 2014 Report Share Posted June 10, 2014 Well what a good meeting i didnt do cov as i got home late and after practicing all week i just couldnt get sorted with the track i was just so slow decided not to bother so i booked in for sheffield and went and run sum laps with a set up i was sent the problem id been having was drifting round the bends, here new setup gave me hope great...1 dnf and a 4th in conslation first shale meet and well happy close racing and my pace improved each time so thanks to all you guys for a good meeting Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ritzoberst Posted June 10, 2014 Report Share Posted June 10, 2014 First off, big congrats to Danny King taking his first heat win, along with his first final win in 1 meeting, deffo up to yellow soon As Paul said teamspeak was used well, the usual banter mixed with crashes being called out, life saver! I hate sheffield but in the F2s its much easier to tame the track and avoid those wretched poles, it is definitely a whites and yellows track though, props to all the higher grades who got through the pack, I could hardly move anybody out the way when I was in the pack Good night though in both meetings, needed that after last weeks shocker. Like I said to you at Coventry, I could have repaid you in the Final for all the spinnings of me in previous meetings, but as you had seemingly changed how you raced me in F1's and F2's over the past couple of weeks, I let it be and you went onto get a brilliant 2nd place.
