The last 3 laps of the final were brilliant, 6 of us all fighting for second spot with any one of us in with a shout going into the last bend. Wardy was on fire winning whites and yellows race by miles,then doing the same in his heats and the final then a very respectable 7th in the grand national. Awesome display congratulations. Way to good to be Yellow will need to improve driving through traffic then without any doubt will be a very good Red or Super star keep going Wardy impressed old Stumpy. Also well done to everyone some hard but fair racing and you all seem to be lining up on the grid much better keep it up. I agree the battle for second place in the final was really good,gave up trying to call who was in 2nd place it was changing between 7 drivers every bend great stuff. Mav Posted June 26, 2015 Report Share Posted June 26, 2015 I wasn't impressed with my driving all night. Practice I was fluent and stuck it out when racing other cars and happy with my pace. Come the meeting something changed. The car acted differently and I was forever correcting, loosing me time and once the blues catch up that's it, the train don't stop till the Supers are through! Extremely disappointed at my heat results and then not to qualify for the A Final (Shouldn't be too surprised only been in 3 so far this season!), it was a disaster! Really banking on finishing the GN, and was comfortable in 3rd until FT & DanSkin caught me up. Thought I was going to loose out when Jake & Jack started squabbling around me but held on for a finish. So all in all looking at the points, a below average performance, but they can't all be great meetings for me. Well done Wardy, almost a clean sweep - very impressive. Thanks to Admins. Dbecks Posted June 26, 2015 Report Share Posted June 26, 2015 First time here practice went better than expected near bottom again but times were close enjoyed the w&y race held back to see how it panned out then pushed bout laps got stuck behind hms peewee lol but once i got round him gained good ground made my charge too late i think heats well i just went for it hit the tyres in my first 2 heats by trying too hard just calmed myself down for the rest of the heats and it went better all in all few points happy for a top ten in an epic final good to follow needed a few more laps to be in that pack Great nite Thanks admin Thanks everyone Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Lets see what next week brings Sorry if one of them hits seemed hard... was intending to take the bend but then got straightend up and it put you in the wall.
