Spent most of the meeting over driving the car to stop it understeering, but I'll take top 10's in every race and 19 points quite happily! Twisty Posted July 27, 2015 Report Share Posted July 27, 2015 (edited) Was feeling a bit down after the final, knew I was competitive but kept getting eaten up in the races by the pack. Grand national I think the Reds tangled and avoided me(just) so settled in after that and followed Tim and Reece. Both struggled getting past the leader and I took advantage. Honestly can't believe it, I had pretty decent pace in practice, but normally when that happens, I do rubbish, but my first ever win in f2 in my heat, then to do it again in the GN, I'm really happy. I was looking for maybe 10 points since I don't like shale, but Mildenhall is now my favourite track, and 34 points for the WQR points is just amazing, now I have a good shot at a decent place in the semi! Dbecks Posted July 27, 2015 Report Share Posted July 27, 2015 (edited) Well what can i say hopeful of a few more points setty was fine for me but i just cant get my head around why the softest of hits can effect me so much, Im sure a jelly has more resistance to a hit than my car Im just fed up of underachieving now it's mentally effecting how i race againt you guys now think liam experienced a bit of that in the f1s last week abit overboard at times ?
