Wardieee Posted November 27, 2017 Report Share Posted November 27, 2017 Many thanks to everyone who’s raced and supported the f2s this season, an awesome show by all accounts. Very enjoyable season, just a lot more points and consistency needed to really keep up with the big dogs... I do honestly put a lot of hours into my 3 desired mods behind closed doors, so to win a few titles along the way does feel quite an achievement. Next year I should hopefully have more time to spend on F2s both to help the league progress and of course some more time to practice during the week. Once again thanks to everyone behind the scenes, thanks to all the fellow admins & Super Steward Stumpy! This coming Monday the superstox free series starts. This is a great opportunity to bring your friends along to try out UKDirt and see what stockcar racing is all about! It’s free and open to anyone who’s isn’t already ban from UKDirt or the Superstox. For those of you who don’t know, the superstox are basically a zetec powered F2 with a baby wing, slightly morestandard suspension and a more durable set of tyres. They’re great fun to drive and race plus they run to a more strict set of ‘limited contact’ rules meaning it takes the faster drivers much longer to get to the font as a much more laid back polite driving style is needed to get through the field also making it a bit more welcoming to novices.
