HGR#777 Posted June 17, 2020 Author Report Posted June 17, 2020 The saloons head to Ipswich for the first time tonight after a long 3 year break, a track that always produces high speed fast and hard racing, a complete opposite to last weeks crash fest at Taunton. Also a chance to make it onto the World Final grid and / or improve your place on the grid as it's the penultimate World Ranking event tonight!

The current title holder LeeK #39 is not booked in, so its all to play for with the red and yellow chequred roof up for grabs! Last years top 3 are all booked in including current title holder #80 Shay "Murph" Murphy, can he be the first driver in the rFactor era to win a second Scottish Championship title? Last time out at Cowdenbeath for the Euros a month ago, Kane Morgan took the win - can he do it again to add to his long list of Saloon titles? As per usual the top 28 points scoring cars will make it into the Bumper Trophy Final! Also on the bill tonight is the 6th round in the Whites and Yellows Series along with the penultimate chance to pick up World Ranking points to get your way onto the World Final grid in 2 weeks time with a maximum of 20 track championship points up for grabs!

The top 28 points scoring drivers after all the heats are completed will qualify for the final. Championship: The final will be a gridded race, in points scored in the heats throughout the night. The winner of this race will be declared Superbowl Champion after any appeals have been decided.
