Nelson Mandela is sitting at home watching TV and drinking a beer when he hears a knock at the door. When he opens it, he is confronted by a little Chinese man, clutching a clip board and yelling, 'You Sign! You sign!' Behind him is an enormous truck full of car exhausts. Nelson is standing there in complete amazement, when the Chinese manstarts to yell louder, 'You Sign! You sign!' Nelson says to him, 'Look, you've obviously got the wrong man', and shuts the door in his face. The next day he hears a knock at the door again. When he opens it, the little Chinese man is back with a huge truck of brake pads. He thrusts his clipboard under Nelson's nose, yelling, 'You sign! You sign!' Mr Mandela is getting a bit hacked off by now, so he pushes the little Chinese man back, shouting: 'Look, go away! You've got the wrong man. I don't want them!' Then he slams the door in his face again. The following day, Nelson is resting, and late in the afternoon, he hears a knock on the door again. On opening the door, there is the same little Chinese man thrusting a clipboard under his nose, shouting, 'You sign! You sign!' Behind him are TWO very large trucks full of car parts. This time Nelson loses his temper completely, he picks up the little Man by his shirt front and yells at him: 'Look, I don't want these! Do you understand? You must have the wrong name! Who do you want to give these to?' The little Chinese man looks very puzzled, consults his clipboard, and says: (It's a beauty) (Wait for it) (Get your best Chinese accent ready) 'You not Nissan Main Deala?'

This means that players can change their skill quite significantly without changing the number of skill bars shown. All players with a "+" in the column to the right on the change report have changed their skill even though the number of skill boxes shown still is the same. ao it sound like the change report might happen once you do the season update, by the sounds of things there anyway, hope this helps Prydie

enough about my little black book... Morbius, im not and never will be admin (they rejected my application more times than i remember) but i say this as a very fair ( i think anyway) racer...i have on occation hit guys without using the brakes, usually this being either of 2 types of drivers 1. a newbie, who i dont know if he will do me worse next bend ....or 2. a twat, who i know WILL do me next bend. if you dont fall into any of these catogories then i dont know why folk are fireing u in.....all we ask is that u either speak to the person themself after the meeting and/or send in replays of whats been done.....let me know when u have someone wipe u out of the lead by cuttin the whole track and sayin their screen freezed lmao...kick on Kane lol anyway i hope u still enjoy your racing and come back week in week out and im sure things will sort themselves out, if not just fire the guys back. Aussie, will we have a "change report" in our league at the end of the season? Im askin this cos in another league im in the players skill goes up or down at the end of the season depending on their form throughout the year and therefore it could make sense to hang onto our younger guys and see them improve.
