Id presume that you have a copy of nascar heat or essentials by the fact you have a crash log not sure about the add on cd but if you look on www.ukdirt.co.uk and select downloads and the formula you want to race in there is everything you need to race online and offline.

Hi crewie, Only thing i could see was that you needed baarlo track but as wrighty says Championship mode will not work in conjunction with our ovals, also if you wish to see other cars apart from novice cars you need to update your drivers text unless you go online then you see them if you have downloaded the skinpacks. And no its normal for game to not load

car files are only installed when you install the game or any updates what aaza is going on about is in NZ they sometimes just install the car files which are available to download. Is this the only game you are having trouble with in heat????

most of the problems are on the offline packs. one of the cars which is red is nutty nige. i had a look in drivers. txt and this was the entry in their for him: table Driver number 421 name Nigel Riley chassis cadhearse rank 1 race_image 100 body_style ccar end but on the unlimiteds one of the cars which is red is j766 but this car is not on the in-game car list or is there an entry in drivers.txt for it. does this mean ill have to make an entry for it in drivers.txt along with all the other missing drivers? looking at that you seem to have same prob as me are all your drivers text like above or are they like below? table Driver number 421 name Nigel Riley chassis cadhearse rank 1 race_image 100 body_style ccar end If you have both types change to the one above and you should see all the cars.

when you are installing and reinstalling game are you deleting the old files out of the game?
