ive got it working now I changed all the wheels and it worked

didn't work

my new shale car was in the latest skin pack and as soon I had installed it my car had no front wheels but I went on upgrades and it worked the wheels came on but when I load it in the track the car doesn't load it is a grey template car , any help please

ive just installed the new skinpack and gone on my new car and there are no front wheels ?
