I was at the opposite end of the track ernie and from where we were standing I though he must've been dead as you could clearly see the chassis being ripped like a tin opener effect. The most amzing thing i thought was I was talking to the driver Mark Marchant in the pits after he'd loaded the car on the lorry and he turned the key at which point the motor fired up 1st time.

I have m8 but it's not very good tbh. Besides the vid I took this from has been returned to my m8 as he is selling it on Ebay so I'm afraid unless you want to buy it it's too late sorry

sorry for bumping up an old thread but have'nt been here too much of late. I belong to several forums which operate a similar system to what you're proposing and I have to say it works well for 2 reasons. 1. It encourages people to contribute rather than just spam 2. For UKDirt and in particular Kev why should people who don't contribute get full access to a forum that they don't pay for. IMHO I think it's a great idea that only paid up members get full access that way you'll encourage the non-members to join up as if nothing else they then get access to a lively and vibrant forum + getting the chance to race in a top set of leagues. cheers and I'm going to get off my soap box now as I think I've got Vertigo

Bloody Hell Dazza that is fantastic stuff and great to hear that standlake is on the way as well. Taunton is high on my wish list as I think it would make a great banger track online as it's nice and tight, also I would love to see someone have a crack at Newton Abbott as that was a great small track as well. In fact it just so happens I have a video that I'm going to cap of a certain UKDirt Driver winning a saloon race there in 1992 ish, so hopefulkly any budding track builders could use the footage. Flyinsi ps @Dazza the RFactor angle is very interesting as the online capabilities of it are pretty good, I seem to remember being in an F3 server with 40+ cars

top man dazza would be nice to have some vans and if the 3 wheelers were ever perfected that would make this game about flawless I reckon

nickm had a sherpa he was doing but I think plans are shelved indefinately
