  1. Cheers all, another enjoyable meet for me. Didnt think I was gonna catch you in the final dan. Just getting back into the swing of things, and now have to work away again for the next 4 weeks... ... See yaw soon
  2. Well done to moz on the game making front, you are legendary..... but, as far as the xbox and ps3, I just cant get into them anymore for the racing games.. After racing sims for a while now, the ps3 and xbox racing games just seem like they are made for kids.. Had a go on GRID a while ago, and again the other night.. Just not for me anymore, all that bouncing of stuff and 90 degree corners at top speed, no thanks... I played games for years like TOCA, NASCAR, DESTRUCTION DERBY, NEED FOR SPEED trying to make the best of them but there was always something missing, and Rfactor (mods) has hit the nail on the head .... Guess the age thing has just hit me and my imagination must be dwindling....
  3. fandabidozy programme.... and good luck to all... Im back as of next week...

  7. is that running on a spectrum? Im no pc wiz, but struggle running heat, u must have something wrong..
  8. I think the quality of the racing was better as a whole, as people wasnt drifting wide to put eachother on the posts, or over the top dives coming into corners, the racing "etticate" was top notch for such a tricky little track, not to do with the white line rule as I think that was a little harsh... I spent my first heat trying not to get to close to the line, rather than keeping an eye on the race.. I like to drive as tight as possible to the inside at all tracks, and my racing line at the current Wimbeldon is hanging the inside wheel just inside the line on entry, letting the rear hang out a touch, getting as close as possible to the tyre, stepping back on the loud pedal, and follow the white line with the inside wheel all the way out the corner... I dont see that as corner cutting, but if you dive up the inside disregarding the white line then that is obviously punishable and the two shouldnt be tied together... Use the white line but dont abuse it!!!
