Loving the old school paintjobs Reg. IMO the old simple colour styles generally had more character than most of the fancy signwritten paintjobs nowdays.

Congratulations to yourself and your family!! All the best for Caitlin

Congratulations mate. Glad everything's ok. They'll keep you both busy! LOL Our friends just had tiny twins (boy and girl) 6 weeks ago, and me and Louisa have just had a daughter called Keeley Amber, 4 weeks ago.

No MAJOR hits, but plenty of action. There was a big complete track blockage which I never filmed and some other good moments. A good meeting, but could have done with a few more cars to really spice it up.

OH YEAH! JUST SO PEOPLE KNOW. THERE IS A CAR WITH 4 GORGEOUS BIRDS ON WITH THIER TITS OUT. SO BE WARNED

Go HERE Basically, an enjoyable sunny day, luckily no injuries, or massive hits, but still plenty of action. The saloons had a poor turn out of about a dozen cars, but still had some close racing for the well travelled drivers, as did the V8 stock cars, which are now called "Hot Stox" again.

I love these 1/4 scale stockcars! They race them near me. So much better than the 1/8 scale which look like they're doing 200 mph (scale speed)

Very Harsh, Very unlucky (especially as he claims he's innocence) Very bad news for the World Final.

I think the new 'Tigers' will quickly become a common site on the tracks soon I'm afraid, with more TT's and a few Puma's and maybe 206cc's. No modern day sport hatchback cars seem much better suited at the moment. They're all too wide for the rules and too tall - meaning a larger roll cage (to fit the profile) making it too heavy. I really can't decide if I like the new look for National Hot Rods, I think I do, more sleek and professional looking than say the Corsa 'bubble' shape (which I don't like) Its great to still have a nice mix of cars now though; TT, Corrado, Corsa, Fiesta, Mini, Tigra, Colt, 206, Clio, Civic, Starlet, 205, 306, err.. I think that's it.
-
Its another brand new Tigra like Bordley. They're definatly the car of 2005. Ian McKellar is finally back! in a borrowed Audi TT and Neville Stanley could be bringing out his gorgeous new Ford Puma for the World Final.

Having seen the TV adverts for Monster Jam at MEN and NEC, anyone else wondering what this event will be like? If its anything like the US events, it will be amazing. But I'm sceptical it will be a huge anti-climax. I've searced the WWW, and there's hardly anything mentioned anywhere other than the MEN/NEC promotions. Neither the UK monstertruck scene nor the US scene mention the event! Or even the website of the three trucks which are confirmed bookings. That's another thing..."Superstar trucks including Grave Digger, Monster Mutt and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle have already been confirmed for the show" ...is that it then?!?!? just three trucks so far. I'm half wanting to go, but I'll feel really dumb if I've paid all my cash for my family and its crap, which at this moment in time I think is possible. (Why can't we have F1 & F2 stock cars at theses places instead and promote them on the telly!!) Anyone else thinking of going to this as a bit of a change to Oval racing?

Sounds like money laundering to me

He's now selling the old 206 rolling shell only. 10 meetings old. offers over £12,000 Hmmm, where's me cheque book?
-
Out of interest, does anyone know how much that new blue F2 in the workshop cost? Could be racing in F2's soon, and would just like to know what the top men spend!

Nice photo of the Hot Rod, err. I mean Cortina of 038 Killer Kinghorn. Next year Sharks will get slaughtered by the Ashwoods, I can gaurantee!

Absolutley bloody brilliant meeting, probably the domestic meeting, since most of these drivers were last at High Edge over 15 years ago!! Six rolls through the day (three of them I think within the 1st two laps of the 1st race!!) Great to see the Sharks, and Ashwood Alcoholics at it again with the out of practise Ashwoods this time getting destroyed. Finished the reunion off with 24 of us in the local Wetherspoons (aka Ashwood) OldBoysVideo right click > Save Target As... (28 mb!)
