Uh? Importing some models in 3D max, move them around and then hitting the F9 button to render them is already called "looking up to art work of this standard"? Sorry m8 but you must be joking. The praise goes to the ones that have build all the actual models and done the skinpainting. Without them there wouldn't even be this whole rush of renders from everybody The above comment is aimed at the "render boys" in general. It's nothing personal to you Chops Dragon totaly agree dragon. thats why i try to make the renders a little different. As i've already said. " the praise goes to the people who model the cars, rendering is the easy part". chops ps. I did model the trailer.....lmao

managed another, not quite right on the reflections though.

seems to have been an overheating problem... had the hoover out, and seems ok at the moment..

its just started, seems to be after i installed battle field2 or round about that time, a couple of weeks ago. i then uninstalled bf2 as my l/top wouldnt run it. i have done a system restore back beyond that point but it still the same..?

my dam laptop keeps switching its self off.... it can be fine an run all day, i can browse the net all day, and download etc. but when i come to run a programe such as ukdirt, it switches its self off. (shuts down completely. after a short while. somtimes i can get one or two races in, somtimes not long at all. its not just ukdirt it does it with, also lsf, it also switches of if i go to render anything, runs 3dmax fine, but as soon as i render, it goes off. when i restart it has only come up with the error "windows did not close correctly" etc, a couple of times. not every time. i have done full scans with norton, and microsoft anti spy, and it comes up clean... any ideas on where i go from here? thanks in advance .. chops

sorry mate only managed to get one done so far. pc probs are persistant... Â Â nice skin by the way

the game ends when the man comes out the room, ??? first get the news paper and then the logs, light these before he comes down the chimney, with the lighter on the tv, next open up the small parcel, and put the cd into the hi fi, next take a stone from the plant pot and put it in the sweet plate on the table, put the cat in the sack, build the robot and then put the darts in the robot, open the cupboard up(on the left) and put mouse traps on the floor. take rockets out and put in vase then light as santa is leaning over. think thats as far as i got, cant figure out what the hamster does?

been down that road with my old laptop, cost a fortune on phone calls. 3 times mine was a way, new hard drives etc, and still no joy, eventually got it replaced, much to the disgust of currys. If its like the currys warrenty, they have to fix the problem within 28 days or replace the laptop, dont be to keen to get it away, from the first day they log your problem, is when the time starts. once they get it, they'll have it back to you asap, but if the problem is still there, put it of a while before you call them back, hence spinning out the 28 days... if you get it fixed fare enough, if you want it replaced, be prepared to sit on the phone a while....

yip its a laptop, is there no easy way to upgrade it? or is it easier to go for a pc. "sell it" id lose all my porn....

Here goes, i decided to buy battle field2, the game installs ok etc, but the game wont run, the pic here shows what i think is wrong, but how do i go about solving it? do i need a better graphics card?  or can i change anything to solve this?

looking good Mark, I saw someone post some place that you need to reorintate the trailer, as it seems see through at some places, not sure how to do this as it works fine for me, this happend to me on somthing else and i got away with forcing two sided, should work on the trailer also.
