I had a go on this track last night using my cov and Lynn setups and managed 13.42 as my best and managed to keep in the 13.55s.

I have decided to have a night off for this meeting. Hope you all have a good meeting and may the best driver win the title. I'll be back next week.

What laptimes are people getting round here?

WD Johno - mixed night for me. Had some good pace but no luck.

Don't try aiming for laptimes round Barford. Get consistant without spinning - Its a funny old track and anything can happen there.

13.0's i would of thought. Best i have got is 12.65

Yea so i have been told from a few others mate. I'll get the hang of it in time for a good finish to the season and go for it next year. Spike - Just watched some replays from last night - pulled you into a marker tyre on the GoGoGo! - didnt know i had done, sorry mate.

WD Tom and all the other semi qualifiers. A very tough meeting for me with the new wheel. I had been playing around with wheel setups using the real feel but my car setups just felt so much off the pace and hard to control. At 8pm i decided to have a fresh install of rfactor and by 8.30 i had everything sorted and the car felt slightly better. Seems abig jump from the 12 year old sidewinder to the G27. Missed my first heat as i missed installing one of the skinpacks due to rushing by the consolation i kinda had a setup and the car once at full speed felt better. In the final i got tangled with too many people and less track. Hopefully i will get alot more practice this week and hope i can score some points next week. See you there.

Ok thanks Drumb. I will be sticking to it and practicing alot. Think i might struggle for the first few meetings but hopefully it will come together.

Do many people use the real feel?

Think i have got the hang of it. Hate the real feel though. For example, F1, Belle Vue laptimes With RF - 13.8 - without 13.64.

Finally got my G27 - On the F1's it is fine, cracked some of my fastest laps. On the F2's it slighlty pulls to the left mainly on entering the bend. Checked steering help and that is set to off. Any ideas? Can someone send me what the settings should be so i can check them? Ta

Agreed Leech about the walls. Happy that i finished at least one race in the top 5. Was doing well in another but clipped a car that was stuck in the wall and that was the end of that. The wall is really bad there, would not be too bad if the exit of the bend was like that and the centre left alone. See you all next week.
