401 was given a ban after his antics at the Skeggy Weekend in July and he then appealled this and went back before the BoC last Monday where he won and was then allowed back to race. He and brother Shaun are intending racing this coming weekend at Racewall P.S Nice pics there Vixtro You certainly landed lucky and were stood where all the action was taking place (I wasnt so fortunate ) 'MEK

Certainly is a very tall order for him to win starting from the rear of the grid, especially with it being such an important race but during the season he wins from the self same starting position, passing many "star" grade drivers along the way!! If the Moodster dont manage to come from the back to retain the title then the smart money surely has to be on 152 to take the honours Andymek.

Totally agree with ya there Pedz, only winding ya up chap, no need for an explanation Didnt see the incident myself as we headed for home just after the F2 UK Final By the time we had the result txt'd to us we were 2 1/2 hours up the road, we didnt have the luxury of some that were able to spend yet another night on the sauce at Skeggy MEK.

"Real" Stock car racing as you call it is in the dim and distant past Pete Gone are the days when we could expect more visitors attending the end of season Saloon Superbowl than actually raced in 2006's feature race If folks are going to try and keep comparing todays racing to the "heydays" as such then I'm afraid they'll only get more 'n more fed up as time progresses.. I'm fortunate in the fact that I still enjoy "todays" racing, the vast majority of my circle of friends are involved within the racing and a Saturday night at Racewall combines racing(Decent at times, Mince at others) along with a chance to have a chat with mates etc, so as far as that goes its a bigger picture to me than solely the racing aspect of it Still find it surprising that some folk, yourself included I hasten to add think that Follow-ins should be activally encouraged to dissuade individuals from spending large amounts of money .May be great for Joe Public on the terracing but not so good for Joe Bloggs who chooses to spend a few quid on his chosen hobby and then ends up spending a Saturday night in A&E, not knowing what day of the week it is and feeling like cack for days afterwards.. Drivers throughout the years have been subject to bans for follow-ins etc, its stated clearly in the rules that it ISNT encouraged and its for a reason Watching cars playing Follow the leader as you put it, isnt exactly riveting stuff either but scores can be settled on track, I reckon anyway, without the need for blatant "follow-ins" and Drivers door hits as have been witnessed previously. Andymek.

Okay....they belong in the Saloons and the Bangers. Anyway, good to hear the drivers who were put in aren't seriously hurt Erik, Do you awake each morning and think of summit totally stoopid to post on the forum by any chance? How on earth can you come out with such a statement such as follow-ins belong in the saloons A follow-in in a banger has the potential to be bad enough, but with that the car takes some of the impact and has a degree of give as such,a saloon however isnt exactly the same now is it with the driver liable to take more of the effects of the impact on himself rather than the car... I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and put your "lack of knowledge" down to your youthful exuberance as a pose to you actually being full of shoite and not kowing much!!! Andymek...
