Do you share your broadband conection with anyone? cause somtimes when im doing stuff online the speed can slow down if my mum and sister are both on the net on their computers. All i could think of.

Going back to the big screen idea again, If you can explain to the guy in charge what we are all about and some info about the league we may be able to air the video for free. The screen would make a good advertisement for businesses as it would be seen by a lot of Oval Motor Sport fans and could generate more business and profit for the companies that go ahead and buy advertising time. But since UK Dirt is a non profit making organisation, made by the members for the members, and membership is free (apart from the Jolt fee) then that Jermy guy you talked about may side with us and give us some advertising space for free. Its worth a try, we got nothing to loose, and if it goes ahead more people could find out about it and help spread the word So the best thing we could do would be to get the people in charge to try out the game, and if possible get them involved with the racing, as if they are big UK Dirt fans they are in good influential positions to promote the game. Failing that if anyone has any beautiful and willing girlfriends/daughters you could dress them up in UK Dirt bikini’s and have them parade round the track for a few hours, that’s sure to get the attention

If your using a keyboard its tricky, you just have to tap the "Go" key and try and keep it around 30, most people use an analog controler with the sticks, much like a PS2 controller, then you can push the stick forward and hold it halfway, then its possible to find the right spot and hold it at 30, not easy to keep it dead on though.

It depends on how powerful your computer is, I had a new game that ran fine on my computer, but on a mates PC he turned up the graphics and when the game started the people in the game looked all mucked up, and they were blinking, flashing and kinda falling apart lol. Somtimes if a computer can't render out a game it may just freeze, not load up or display it wrong. rFactor, and some of the mods in it are quite power hungry, and so you may need to upgrade your computer like Tombo did. You could also try some other things like making sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card or change some other settings on your computer to make it run applications faster.
