Cant see 1 million plus signitures stopping this lousy goverment. Over 1 million people marched on london, to try and stop the Iraq war. They did not even listen then . The way they see it , is 1 million voted against , so the other 58 million who dont bother must be up for it . If it makes them extra cash , you can be sure it will happen one day.

I guess there must be some kind transponder/chip or something, to put in the bus etc that are allowed to use the route which then activate the bollards

Believe it or not, You can encounter problems with HEAT when you computer is over powerful. You may also have problems on some occassion playing online, as game will shut down. I f you get this problem, just go into task manager and change the heat.exe and heat.bin to run on single core. swerve
