reg126 Posted February 20, 2007 Report Share Posted February 20, 2007 I would suggest running Hijack this and seeing what comes up..you may find something which is causing connection problems within the log. As for graphics drivers (and often other drivers) the latest does not always improve things despite what the makers say. Try rolling back to earlier drivers . Though I now have a newer computer now..I have never had any problems with an old pentium 500 system with 128 ram and a 16mb graphics card even with lots in server .. the older comp is on stand by and now has another ancient graphics card in with 32 mb and that is running on a driver issued 4 /5 years ago..as the later drivers that are supposed to work are no good.
