It's no longer than the forth road bridge which is hit and miss at the moment but i heard tales of 2 hr queues last weekend. Turn 3 steps are indeed a good place to watch but if your on the 2nd landing up right hand side as you climb them when i get there then it's your funeral. Only kidding.
