walker Posted December 18, 2007 Report Share Posted December 18, 2007 (edited) all I am practicing skin painting bangers and wonder how you get the detail of door plates through the colour when,as when I paint the template it goes over the door plates etc. How can I bring the detail through colours ,where the arrow is pointing in the picture.(if I can do that) Any help would be appreciated I am using adobe photoshop 7.0,Just incase that helps, Any help would be great. Marcy_Boi#133 Posted December 23, 2007 Report Share Posted December 23, 2007 Put all your signs onto one layer, and make it an Overlay. Duplicate the Body Layer and desaturize it. Hold down Ctrl and click on your signs layer in the Layer Pallette. Select Lassoo Tool and right click inside the selection (on your signs basically), and select 'Select Inverse'. Now make sure you have the grey Body Layer selected, and press delete. Should work for most versions of Photoshop. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
