Hooty256 Posted September 3, 2011 Report Posted September 3, 2011 I would say that you need to run rFactor config and check you are running the game in DX9 mode. Some tracks won't run correctly in DX7 or 8.
Crasharama Posted September 3, 2011 Author Report Posted September 3, 2011 it is on dx9... i have tried all of them and get the same thing. i have looked for other buxton tracks and deleted them and it still happens so i dont know...HELP PLEASE!
Hooty256 Posted September 3, 2011 Report Posted September 3, 2011 well the only other reason for that error is you havn't installed the track correctly.
Crasharama Posted September 3, 2011 Author Report Posted September 3, 2011 How would I of installed it incorrectly?
surge Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 Anyone pls???!!! have you saved them to program files (x86). because none of my tracks worked if i saved them in program files
Crasharama Posted September 6, 2011 Author Report Posted September 6, 2011 but will it work if in on xp?
southy277 Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 I had a similar issue once and ended up re-installing rfactor.
Crasharama Posted September 6, 2011 Author Report Posted September 6, 2011 I have got It working before but shot 5 other tracks stopes working so I re installed r factor and it went back to this and I have done the same as last time but nothings happens should I delete every single track and only install the 1's I need
Crasharama Posted September 22, 2011 Author Report Posted September 22, 2011 got it sorted, if anyone else is having this problem then go to rF central and type in buxton download of there but u might need to unzip it and then copy/paste into locations folder
