The meeting was provided some great racing but don't think i'll be doing many meetings in the F2's - just don't find them that fun to drive.... Right I have been thinking about last nights meeting, it was very hard from the red grade last night, think Drumb and Dan hit this too. The racing standard was great as Drumb said and really hope that continues. Apologies to Mav for tapping you into a spin in the consolation, to be fair from the replays you were fairly sideways when I did tap you. Felt I could get a top 10 finish in the final but some drivers warping saw me get taken out and damaged suspension. Going to see how I get on with the tarmac racing. Robin87 Posted March 6, 2012 Report Share Posted March 6, 2012 Started as a good meeting for me. 1st heat got 6th 2nd heat 3rd. wanted to take it easy on first meeting of the year. But then the final came involved in multiple accidents and got taken out ( dunno why that was). Then GN went pretty well till i got taken out again. Tosh924 Posted March 7, 2012 Report Share Posted March 7, 2012 was a bit of short notice for me to book in as i hadnt planned to do much racing this year and never had ran the stockcars since end of last season but i really enjoyed it, driving standards were pretty good although i apologised to drumb for a heat 1 lunge on a white top that spun him on the corner nerf. the rest of the night was pretty clean for me until skeet did the same on a white top and spun me out of the final.lol had the relaxed racing approach as i wont be taking the online serouis now as i have years gone by and just having a bit of fun,i wont be to botherd about dropping roof colours and i aint got the time now to do these quick set ups like the supers these days,especially on tar, shales fine i have decent set ups for that but i enjoyed it better on monday night with this approach. i was happy enough to let the supers past and follow um round. moving house in the next couple of weeks so wont be around much at all as broadband is quite crap where im going but hey ho, if im on ill come and have a play, i kind of agree with southy i have lost the mojo for the f2s also but ill still trundle round if i feel like booking in. good job on monday admin. cheers tosh Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

And that pretty much sums up the heats for me, if it was happening I hit it. Final and GN were a bit better and I managed to salvage the evening.
