Congratulations to Tyler WIlkin #330 and Jack #249 on the meeting final and C of C respectively. Bailey #98 top scored, but the A final eluded him once again.

Thanks to everyone who helped me run this evenings meeting, I had a lot on as you might imagine but it went very smoothly and wouldn't have had without all the help!

I really enjoyed tonight. Big thanks to all the Admins who have made this season happen! The F1's have been brilliant all year and

considering im not a big fan I have really enjoyed racing them. In my time racing F1's I have noticed one or two drivers are over

confident when it comes to using the bumper and there have been many times when I personally have been abit cheesed off

with the pathetic hitting, so its nice to know one of the worst has finally had a taste of their own medicine!

Roll on 2014

Big thanks

Well done winners! And well done chris, back up to yellow again! :appl:

Thought the live feed was a brilliant idea, hopefully out more often next year!

Not too bad a meeting, was decent racing in the heats but some shocking stuff after that, more akin to banger racing!

Bit like all year really, when the racing has been good there's nothing better but when people decide to go stupid with the hits its not worth it!

Thankfully the majority of the racing has been top notch and I've really enjoyed my first season and am looking forward to racing next year!

Massive thanks to all admin and stewards throughout the season!!

Thanks for the meeting, well done to winners.

Heats were good, final was good aswell untill someone took me out on purpose... Gn same thing same driver.

Didn't know the CofC race is a banger race?

Pleased with my 2nd season my aim was to finish in top 5 in the points and win a championship, and that's what I did ! 4th in national points, 1st Irish Championship, 2nd UK open, 3rd World of shale and 2nd in CofC. Shame didn't compete in World Final as I missed my semi due to vacation, I qualified first row for my semi.. And in my consi race I was going well untill being planted in a tyre by accident ... , so no world final. Always a next year hahah

Big thanks to all stewards throughout this year

Looking forward to next season, and the NZ series

c you all next year

The anticipation of having a good meeting was heightened when I was quick and consistent in practice.

Always liked Skegness, but you have to have the co-operation from the other drivers to make it race worthy and not a free for all bumper fest.

First heat had my back end taken after being in the points, finished last but one.

Second heat, made a great start and actually passed the whites without losing out to them or making them go wrong!

From then on I was away. Its a mixture of feelings when you are leading, but so rewarding when you cross the line in first - Well Chuffed.

Third heat was a dice with Big Al, who just caught my bumper as he was pushed causing me to spin. Al got away and had a great finish an I got back to 8th.

Was really hoping for my first ever final win, but after passing Menace cleanly he drilled me next bend and then those that crashed out earlier started to make a nuisance of themselves when being lapped.

Bailey caught me and walloped me hard, no need I thought so I decided to have a go back next bend. Didn't get it right and we both went fencewards and I thought not trying that again!

Next bend I followed Bailey with no intention of hitting him, but got hit myself which put me into Bailey. He lost time and I lost big time as I had to pull off due to suspension damage.

So two finals two DNF's!

Grand National got a good start and was away. Started to catch 454, but then in my mirror Bailey loomed large!! He drilled me and followed me in, both hit the fence and bounced out. So next bend he tried it again but I had already gone sideways.

I slid into a parked car and Bailey was gone. I can only assume he blames me for the hit in the final and this was his way of repaying me. I dropped down the order but managed a good 7th place to end my three week stint on.

With my commitments elsewhere, I doubt I will be back next season. When people race fair, there is nothing to beat the thrill of racing, but when people decide that they are better than the game, that's when it becomes pointless to race.

Take out those drivers and I believe the racing would be spot on and every grade would enjoy the racing, and I would certainly try and make next season!!

Precisely why I didn't race last night, can't be bothered to race tar which seems to be the preferred surface for banger racing and can't be bothered to race again next year.

It's exciting and enjoyable when people want to race like real F1s but a complete waste of time otherwise.

Well done Boostman for a top notch performance - great to see your 1st win, too.

I always love Skeggy meetings, it comes easily to be competitive here which I definitely can't say about most tracks, and this meeting was no exception. Loved it. Good points haul, and my last race of the season was as good a result as I ever get. That first win still eludes me but was well chuffed with 2nd. To be honest I didn't realise a couple of cars passing me were a lap down so I thought I was about 4th. Great win ChrisA, and your drive in the CoC race was just as good too...
