AOL Broadband

Hi all,

Im looking into getting Broadband for the new season, and wondered which are best?

Is AOL any good for online racing, as im sure the 56k wasnt too good for it ? Others in the household seem to find this easiest to use and would prefer it to Wanadoo, BT etc

Opinions would be appreciated

Cheers

Been with tiscali broadband for nearly 2 years now and had no problems, really good service. Got some really good deals on at the moment at a very good price!...http://www.tiscali.co.uk/products/broadban...code=ZZ-NL-11XY

Wish the prices were like that when I ordered it!

Don't get AOL, especially not the 7.0 version!

All AOL broadband is unlimited and for online racing it is spot on, the dial up was for nothing tho. I now have the 1mbit line and a router set up, u'd never know it was AOL!! you dont need to use the crappy resourse hungry browser any more either

£17.99 a month for unlimited 256k u canny go wrong

you need 2 reciever card then yes... and some basic setup skill of the pc too make a wee network... or buy a wireless router too make things easier... but also more expensive

so modem router card card

or modem card card -setup skill-

Hi again lads, nearly there now!

Just a couple more things needed, where would be the cheapest place to get a router and 2 network cables which run to the back of your pc's??

Are there any little shops about which would do a deal which you know about?

Help appreciated as always 042.gifrolleyes.gifthumbs_up.gif
