You need to decide which game you are going to model for, something that is say 1000 poly's over the heat limit will not look very good in rfactor as you can use 40,000+ poly's. For heat, i would suggest this... Dont worry about it looking too square, you can always move the vertz around at a later date and use the smoothing tool to get a better end result.

Depends are you modelling it for heat or rfactor or btrg? If its for heat, then you might have already used too many, definatly if you have continued from the picture in post #9

Once you've installed nascar heat essentials. You need to install the mod you wish to race, for example if you wanna do bangers then download and install the banger mod. Once you done that and got it working, paint a skin, or get someone to paint you one. This will give you a 'Tex' file, which is simple dropped into the ukdirtbanger folder along with your drivers text. Your then ready to go

Was nice to be able ot try a few different things like using a different view which did me well in the final + GN After looking at the points i wish i had kept going in my 2nd heat rather than pulling off to do doughnuts on the infield only to rejoin and wind up 11th 3 laps down. What you need to do sam is upload the stage before the Tex file, that way someone will be able to render it for you

Yep either that or make the thresh hold bigger. Your getting that message because the vertex are too further apart than the 0.005 measurement you put in. (or at least thats my understanding of it) So just make the number high, try 0.010 for eg Or just do as Andy said which is the method i use. The target welding is also a good method

HMC was my first trip to lake last year, and i thought it was quite a good meeting. So the track hasnt got the facilities of many others you go to, but who cares about all that crap, its bangers!

If it was a rodder prep skin, then people might actually pay money, but if your trying to sell that then you could be waiting a few seasons as £20 is 2000 penies!

Right i completely reinstalled the game, all the mod, skinpacks, setups everything Seems to have fixed the problem with the saloons but hasnt fixed my hotrod mirror problem! By the time i posted that i had come so good to uninstalling the game for good, was absolutly livid lol
