Does anyone know how to stop this as this happened in my 1st and it crashed to desktop by surprise and kept on crashing to desktop and its really annoying. Any help would be great,thanks.

Hi I have just came out and went on to the pc and noticed theres no sound now and its really annoying,I am wondering if theres anyway to get it back. Any help would be great . Forgot to add I have tried to turn volume up but this what I get from the pic thanks
