Heard it on BBC Radio 2, that he passed away. Regarded to some as a legend, others an idiot. Sad day for football indeed, and hopefully he'll be remember for his short career. Never played to his full potential (even though winning cups and individual awards)...everyone's saddened by the loss, but even he knew he had a problem with drink, and it was always an uphill battle. Hopefully, his moments on the feild will be relived and replayed in the coming years....true gent

Any chance of a new banner for the UKDirt website? AS previously, it was done using 'real life' skins and cars, but how about some pictures of the 'online' racers, from the major championship of each respected mod? Also, as it's close season...someone 're-doing' the loading pages, as it would be good to modernisze things? I knew JB done them before, would he do more? On the same note, can you not have 5/6 for each mod, instead of looking at the same one constantly?!

Ofcourse, it is all welcome with open arms, but i don't see a push pram getting done, which is dissapointing. Well, tbh Sparky....i've had a near semi for the last 3 years waiting on the new Cowdenbeath, to replace the crappy old one There's already a good number of mods about, anyway...and tracks...so i don't see why people should put in hard earned work if it's not going to be used etc etc...like some of the tracks made

People have been working on various cars. I think someone was doing a Nova, but that's about it. There has never been a re-lease, and i don't think there ever will be one to be honest. There were 'too many' mods under the 'ukdirt' name, and the Stock Rods, as with the Mini Heat that was released but not advertised, i don't think you'll see about. Maybe in the future, but i can't see it happening

I think it's always been like that Andy, but the World Championships etc etc...are mostly regarded as Heats, therefore the meeting final is the 'final' they put down as they do with the rest of the year. Personally, i think it should stay the meeting final for them all, but if it can be changed to have both it would make it better

Every Stock Rod meeting i've attended i've been ipmressed by the 17 machine. I didn't think Mr McDougall would say these things mentioned, but i wouldn't put it past him. Why do so many people wear tinted specs? Shaking someone's hand, and saying something stupid like that? Perhaps a wise enough remark was 'and your still waiting for the next one, that good you couldn't win it this year' - what a pleb! Gunner = Diddy

I think if there's any money left over, it just goes towards the next years fund, and make that year a little bit cheaper....but i think the Jolt servers are more and more expensive these days, so i doubt any money will be left over
