  1. Thanks for the meeting Dan and Stumpy, smoothly run as per usual. Well Done to Wardieee on the Final win and to Dan with another disgustingly good tarmac score :3:

I would say as I said to Kris, those who are at White or Yellow at this time of the year its a really good time to score well with having 7 or 8 Superstars battling in the same grade, it they can get away its still very difficult to catch a consistantly lapping lower grader.

  2. We are now collecting skins for the 8th skinpack of the 2017 season, please read all of the below:

    A FEW SIMPLE RULES

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL OF THIS POST BEFORE SENDING ANY FILES

1: NUMBERS - numbers must be BLACK ON WHITE the white outline MUST be big enough to make the BLACK stand out (no fancy inlay colours please)

2: SAVING - YOU MUST SAVE ALL F2 FILES IN DXT1 NOT DXT5

3: FILE NAMES - please name your car files based on these templates:

main file/veh - 17UKD800_BenT for tar and 17UKD800_BenS for shale (your name and number not mine!!)

other files - use the above but just add the grade colour to the end ie 17UKD800_BenTred or 17UKD800_BenTyellow etc

if you are unsure of veh files leave them to me as its easier for me that way

4: SENDING IN FILES - PLEASE SEND IN YOUR FILES BY SENDING THEM DIRECTLY TO ME VIA PM, OR VIA THE UPLOAD TOOL ON THE WEBSITE. DO NOT ATTACH TO THIS POST

5:RE-USING OLD SKINS - If you wish to re-use your skin from the 2016 season, let me know on this thread please and i will add them to the pack

6: ROOF GRADES - roof grades are red, blue, yellow and white, no brown, purple or green wings will be excepted!

i think you will find these are very simple rules but many seem to struggle with them, if i have to go through and fix skins to fit these rules myself i can not promise the results will be pretty - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

any questions regarding any of the above please PM Ben 800 and ask BEFORE sending your skins in

DEADLINE FOR THIS PACK IS MIDNIGHT FRIDAY 1ST SEPTEMBER

    Skins received so far:

  3. Sorry to keep asking everyone for favours but if possible could someone please send me some panel lines WainX Tar WainS Shale. Thanks

There is an easy way to do it.

    1) Select the panel(s) you are doing with the magic wand

    2) Create a new layer

    3) Contract the selection (if you have a normal size template then say by 10 pixels)

    4) Flood fill the selection

    5) Contract the select by 1 or 2 pixels and press delete

This should then leave you with a 1 or 2 pixel wide outline for the panel you have selected on a layer of itself so you can colour it as you wish. If you want a rounded edge use the smooth tool before you flood fill the selection.

  5. Thanks to all who helped tonight and to all the winners.

Onto a few posts regarding standards and such, the simple way to work this is as a F2 DP team (of which I am NOT part of for those who dont know) simply watch each replay from tonight and anything you think needs reviewing do so, F1s were a bit heavy last Thursday after a few quiet meetings so I sat down and watched all the replays, if you get DP then thats just life and as the rules state, "If you dont do anything wrong then you wont get banned".

If you get complaints obviously deal with them as they should be but there is nothing stopping a DP team for reviewing all the replays if they wish to do so.

  6. Thank you everyone for a great night WD CB on top point scorer
