i have a thrustmaster force feedback Ferrari wheel ans peddles.. I am having a pulling out my hair moment.. i can't seem to get it to connect to R Factor UKDIRT game.. can someone please please assist me.. If someone has skype and can share screen with me that would be most helpfull Dave

Thanks Danny. I have downloaded the mirc chat room and i have as you said sort gone at it like a bull in a china shop with both feet as to say.. I am waiting on a Ferrari force feed steering wheel and peddles i bought yesterday via ebay (very cheap)..I'll pm you what comp system i'm running on as its a brand new laptop for me bought on Friday just gone.. thanks again Danny

If there is anyone that has SKYPE, that can spend a little time with me on it i'm having a little trouble getting certain things downloaded namely cars templates.. i would be most apprecaited

If anyone can spare a hour of their time today, and is on SKYPE its just to get the last few bits and pieces loaded in R Factor finished up. I would be most appreciated, and YES i now have my new lappy as i call it, meaning laptop.. I have downloaded most i think, maybe a bit to much.. If you are ok on voice chat on skype and share screen that would help tremendously.. THANKS AGAIN DAVE

I have a friend in USA, her and her husband are I.T people,, I sent her a Skype message earlier as well asking her to check out the spybot programme, as they are constantly looking for better spyware programmes, I did ask them to check it out and to give me their views on it

I was YouTube earlier today, and came across a youtuber called " Barnacules Nerdgasm " check out his video on spying on windows 10, pre-install and post install of Windows10.. To me it's an eye opener.. this maybe of interest.. On this coming Friday ( yippy ) I will be getting my new lappy as I call it,, and I will certainly be looking at the Windows10 setting.. I see that some of you guys that do skin painting for someone,, what painting programme do you use "Gimp" or "photoshop"... I have dabbled with Gimp awhile ago in a 3d chat room game. So I know a little about textures and stuff..When I get more confident with using Gimp,, I would like to try my hand at doing my own skin painting,, obviously I will need a little help but that won't be until I get my lappy meaning laptop

That would be most grateful of you Bryan thank you,, my registered saloon race number is 282...I have got a pm message from Connor saying he will do me F1 and F2 skins, I also asked him if he did other formula skins,, as of yet, and it was late when I replied to his message,, so I'm waiting on his returning reply... As you probably still know I'm still waiting to purchase my new laptop on around the 10th June,, so I won't be needing it until I have uploaded everything

I have read through the forum, and found out that I can use a novice skin up to a month. I was wondering if there anyone that would be interested in doing some useable skins for me so I can race after the month is up on my formulars that I have registered to race in ukdirt league

Thanks Harry I get paid on the 10th of June, so not long now 3wks or so then it's quickly down to the store get a laptop, then load everything I need to load like, cars, tracks, chat room thing, all the available mods to each formula and anything else I can't remember..then a few days after that order a wheel and peddles from eBay..

Going on from what Harry said about doing a memorial event.. From what I see that Arron is praised by everyone,, so I would like to say if possible that there is an annual memorial race night maybe with a named formula that was his baby as to say, maybe put his race after a final or something.. What would be everyone's opinion with this matter,, memorial race/event. Dave

Sorry to hear of the loss of a which I can only say by reading, he was a pioneer to the online racing community in ukdirt.. It's great to hear that he would put himself out to help anyone in need of advise or whatever.. I would say the same with everyone that has given me advise, and some personal pm's to help me on my way.. I hope that on Monday race night that honoured with respect.. Dave

Oh great Harry thanks,, that would be of some help I guess,, Yes I do have FB,, I also have SKYPE as well..

On race nights I see that who ever is racing, that they have to be that nights chat room 10 or 15 minutes prior to start time.. Does this mean that there is usage of a microphone and speakers or a headset, as I have seen that there is no chatting/talking during the race obviously a live stream.. This all goes back to when I started to watch on YouTube, that I noticed that you can hear everyone's voices on that formula that was racing.. The end result if in the live streaming that a microphone and or headset is in use,, well I have already got the headset,, which is one thing less to buy/purchase Dave
