If somebody tells you to they will paint a skin for real doe tell them to do one. Plenty of people will do them for nowt. Some people put that to make it look a realistic advert etc but it doesn't mean anything.

A pad is fine when used with the correct settings But a Driving Force GT is a very good wheel and you would not go far wrong with one of them. But if you can get a G25/G27 then go for it

In your setup folder in-game there is a box that will more than likely say Vehicle, If you click it, It should change to All and then all your setups will show up.

Sounds like your tracks are either installed in the wrong place or UAC is turned on, What is your operating system?
