Yes it will run them no problem. Should be able to run iracing on high/umax settings.

The i7 is the one i am selling correct i am keeping the other PC which is lower spec.

Not in any major rush to get rid no, I have had it sat for 6 months before realising it has to go. So another month or two wouldn't hurt.
